Eljif Elmas has combined Serie A side Napoli out of Fenerbahce, the Turkish team have declared.
The North Macedonia worldwide has combined the Italian bar for $16 million (#14m/$18m), with another $1.5m at performance-based bonuses.
Fenerbahce will also get a max of 1.5m should Napoli opt to market Elmas later on.
