Manchester United News: Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford to rotate front, says Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

The England and France internationals have a similar type of play, and also their supervisor intends to make the most of their flexibility

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has advised Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford to become prepared to rotate characters in Manchester United’s frontline following year.

The forwards duo were every on goal in Wednesday’s 4-0 friendly victory over Leeds United within the Red Devils’ pre-season tour.

Manager Solskjaer has set both in the focus of his three-man assault across two games from Australia, but states he is about to utilize them in broader positions also in the coming campaign.

“With Marcus, he could perform together the frontline,” Solskjaer explained.

“Occasionally he likes to float to the leftexactly the same with Anthony, either of them are able to play nine and 11, too collectively as a set as both nine plus a 10, too occasionally on the side.

“For me personally, it is good to have forward who rotate and say’he is on the ideal side and I will be on the other hand, or else,’he is through the center, I will be on the side’.

“I do not believe we could nail them down to a single place, since they’re great footballers who will see distance ”

Rashford insists United wish to hit the ground running when the Premier League returns after a unsatisfactory 2018-19 effort, which saw them finish beyond the Premier League’s leading .

United’s pre-season trainings continue at the International Champions Cup, which visits the unwanted travel to Asia this weekend before returning to England.

They’ll confront Inter on July 20 at Singapore and take on Tottenham and Milan, with a friendly against Solskjaer’s boyhood club Kristiansund also scheduled involving their past two ICC responsibilities.
