“Obviously, the PSG operation gives us confidence and belief that we can take action,” Solskjaer stated in his post-match news conference.
“But we all know we’re playing probably the favourites and moving there is going to be challenging.
“It will be a greater accomplishment, winning one, due to the history of Barcelona, they are not utilized to losing in the home. But we could do it.
“We all know we could carry a target threat, while it’s [Romelu] Lukaku, [Marcus] Rashford, [Anthony] Martial, those enjoying up there, we must present a little more ammunition for them.”

“I believe he did well,” said Solskjaer, whose United suffered a third consecutive home Champions League knockout defeat for the first time in their history. “He had been tired towards the finish, but you might see when he arrived off we lacked the bodily danger he gave usruns down the station.
“He performed his role in us placing them under stress. We did not create opportunities, did not get on the conclusion of large opportunities. I really don’t think tonight is all about Rom or even Rash. It is about us team, we began a bit cluttered, never got going until they scored.”
