Gareth Bale transfer: Jurgen Klopp dismisses’odd’ asserts Liverpool should signal’outstandingly expensive’ Real Madrid celebrity

The Wales celebrity is on his exit at Real Madrid, but it seems unlikely that the Reds will want to attract him into Anfield

Liverpool director Jurgen Klopp has dismissed suggestions his side should run to get Gareth Bale, calling the Welsh winger”prohibitively costly”.

Bale seems to be on his way from Real Madrid, together with director Zinedine Zidane pushing him towards the exit door by stating:”We hope he leaves soon. It would be ideal for everybody.”

The 30-year old has been linked with a return to England, in which he starred Tottenham involving 2007 and 2013.

Former Liverpool star Paul Ince proposed on Tuesday the Reds should be among those sides in for Bale. 

“My view is if Liverpool can manage him, he must move there,” Ince said on BBC Radio 5 Live .  

“Bale may perform right, central or left. If I had been considering a team when they can afford himit would be Liverpool.”

The Reds have to make any significant moves this summer, together with Dutch adolescent defender Sepp van den Berg the club just signing up to now. 

But, Klopp has dismissed suggestions his side must go after Bale. 

“These brilliant football gamers have some odd ideas,” Klopp informed Sky Sports News  at a transparent reference to Ince. 

“I admire all of them so much, however, they likely just say these things since someone requested them.

“Bale is a Real Madrid player and when he leaves it will likely be outstandingly pricey and large salaries.

“He’s an outstanding player, I enjoy him a lot but it’s not around him. You need to produce a team.

“A team isn’t a selection of the very best individual players, they must work collectively.”

Klopp also touched on his existing contract, which has three more seasons to operate but a few have questioned whether he can leave before those terms are up.

“I don’t know these queries,” Klopp said. “Let us play this year. When it’s good then we’re happy, if it isn’t then some folks will be glad I do not possess a seven-year contract ”
